House builder files administration notice

Warrington based house builder Lane End Developments Construction Ltd has filed a notice of intention to appoint an administrator.
Lane End is a leading developing contractor for the construction and housing sector across the North West and has built more than 1,000 homes.
Latest accounts filed for the year to May 31 2022 show the company had a turnover of £81m generating a pre-tax profit of £245,000 while employing 106 staff.Lane end is currently on site on a string of projects incl
