Hill Group strikes first Build to Rent deal

House builder The Hill Group, has agreed its first Build to Rent deal after arranging funding with Lloyds Living.
Hill’s expansion into the BTR sector will start with a first-phase 264 apartments scheme in Stevenage town centre which will eventually contain 576 homes.
