Higgins cleared to restart stalled Ealing estate rebuild

Higgins Partnerships has been cleared to move ahead with the stalled final phase of the Green Man Lane estate regeneration in West London.
Ealing Council’s cabinet has approved changes to the next stage of the long-running programme, paving the way for around 400 more homes at the West Ealing site.
Work on the final phase was paused in 2023 when contractor REAL entered administration.
Higgins Partnerships will now take responsibility for the remaining development work through a new arrange
