Henry wins final £74m phase of East London scheme

Henry Construction has secured the third and final phase of a major housing development for client, The Guinness Partnership, at the flagship Leaside Lock scheme in East London.
Works are underway to build 321 flats over three blocks ranging in height from 11 to 14 storeys plus 6 townhouses.  Once completed in December 2024, Henry will have delivered 965 new homes across all three phases.
