Henry Boot sets October start on £1bn cyber hub next to GCHQ

Henry Boot is gearing up to start work in October on the first phase of its £1bn Golden Valley development next to GCHQ in Cheltenham.
The flagship tech campus is set to transform the area into a national hub for cyber, AI and quantum innovation, with planning in for 1 million sq ft of commercial space and around 1,000 homes.
