Helical sets starts dates for two London overstation schemes

The joint venture between Helical and TfL’s property company Places for London has confirmed starts dates for major overstation residential schemes at Paddington and Southwark tube station.
Helical also revealed this morning it is looking at further schemes through its TfL joint venture, with the next scheme expected next to White City Tube station, where there was potential to unlocked a large PBSA scheme.
The developer said Mace would start its £200m overstation office scheme at Pa
