Helical sets start dates for two London overstation jobs

The joint venture between Helical and TfL’s property company Places for London has confirmed start dates for major overstation residential schemes at Paddington and Southwark tube station.
Helical also revealed this morning it is looking at further schemes through its TfL joint venture, with the next site by White City Tube station where there is potential to unlock a large PBSA scheme.
