HE Simm lands £16m MEP package on Vinci Blackpool office

HE Simm Group, has won a £16m contract to deliver the full MEP installation on a new £100m office building in Blackpool.
VINCI is main contractor on the building which forms part of the £350m Talbot Gateway regeneration scheme that is transforming the town centre.
The seven-storey office block will eventually be home to more than 3,500 civil servants.HE Simm will deliver a full MEP installation during a 37-week programme which start on site in November.
