HBS lands latest low carbon M&E deal from Wates

Wates Residential has appointed building services specialist HBS Group Southern (HBS) as its preferred mechanical and electrical contractor for the Winnall Flats low-carbon housing development in Winchester.
HBS’ Mechanical and Electrical divisions will provide an integrated plumbing and heating and electrical services package for 76 energy-efficient new homes, managing the design, supply, installation, commissioning and aftercare.
Work will start later this year and is due for completion
