Harlow 740-flats town centre scheme approved

Developer Strawberry Star has got the go-ahead to built 740-flats in the centre of Harlow
The flats will be delivered across a series of buildings, including two landmark towers.
Harlow Quarter’s 741 new apartments will range from studios to three-bedroom family homes, and will sit alongside around 3,000 sq m of flexible commercial space and 6,250 sq m of improved public realm.Strawberry Star’s Harlow development has been designed by architect Flanagan Lawrence.The two buildings that
