Green light for new £33m Ipswich logistics park

Trebor Developments has secured detailed planning consent for a five-unit industrial and logistics scheme at Eastern Gateway, Ipswich.
Units on the £33m scheme will range from 10,000 sq ft up to 55,000 sq ft and will be built on a speculative basis.
Construction will start on site in October 2022 and units will be ready for tenants from May 2023.No details of possible contractors have been revealed by Trebor.
