Green light for Liverpool twin tower scheme

Developer Packaged Living has secured planning approval for a two-tower development overlooking the Liverpool waterfront.
The 19 and 25 storey buildings will transform the site of the former Littlewoods computer centre to provide 434 private rented homes alongside extensive resident amenities.
Demolition of the redundant computer centre is expected to start early next year with construction anticipated to commence in early 2027 and a main contractor yet to be appointed.Edwina Coward, Development
