Green light for Kier £118m civil service Darlington hub

Kier has got the planning go-ahead to build a £118m civil service office hub in Darlington.
Work on the 5-storey Brunswick Street project will start later this year with completion earmarked for 2027.
The 110,000 sq ft energy-efficient office complex will be part of the wider Darlington Economic Campus, which along with existing buildings will be home to 1,400 civil servants from across several government departments.The envelope will consist of vertical brick piers and deep-set windows
