Green light for £600m Westminster office scheme

Investment manager Meadow Partners has secured planning approval for the £600m redevelopment of 10–20 Victoria Street in Westminster.
Plans will transform two existing buildings into a 12-storey Grade A office development providing 24,000 sq. m of workspace and 754 sq. m of new retail and restaurant space designed by Piercy & Company.
