Green light for 330-home Chippenham scheme

Countryside Partnerships has got the planning thumbs up to build 329 homes in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
The Langley Park brownfield site in a former industrial area has been vacant for years and is now set to be repurposed into a residential scheme of houses and apartments comprising 50% affordable homes.
A £40m deal has also been agreed between Countryside Partnerships and shared ownership investor Gresham House Residential Secure Income LP to deliver 167 of the homes as affordable housing t
