Green light for £140m Leeds build to rent project

Developer Glenbrook has gained planning for a £140m, 618-apartment build to rent scheme at Kirkstall Road, Leeds.
Located on the bank of River Aire, over half of the 5.1-acre site will be allocated for public open space including a new riverside park.
