Green light for £125m Camden student scheme

Regal’s plans for the £125m redevelopment of 100 Chalk Farm Road have been unanimously approved by Camden Council.
The Purpose Built Student Accommodation will contain 264 student bedrooms, 30 affordable homes, nearly 11,000 sq ft ground floor commercial space and new public realm enhancements located next to the famous Grade II-listed Roundhouse live performance venue.
