Graham to build 2,000-room UPP student scheme

The University of Exeter has stuck with UPP as preferred bidder to design, development, finance and operate its next large student residences project.
Graham Construction will deliver the Clydesdale & Birks project, which ranks as the largest Passivhaus scheme in student accommodation sector.
The firm will build over 1,700 new student rooms and refurbish 300 existing bedrooms at Birks Grange.
UPP and the University will now work to reach financial close by the summer of 2023.
