Contractor Graham starts work this week on a vital £124m upgrade of one of the busiest junctions on the M25 in Essex
Work on the 36-month Junction 28 upgrade includes constructing a major two-lane loop road with hard shoulder for traffic travelling from the M25 to the A12.
