Graham lands first deal on Liverpool’s largest brownfield site

Developer Peel Waters has appointed GRAHAM to deliver the first phase of its Central Docks scheme.
The 10.5-hectare Central Docks is the largest brownfield site in Liverpool and will become the largest of the five planned neighbourhoods within the wider Liverpool Waters district.
