Go-ahead for Salford 568 flat co-living scheme

Manchester developer Progressive Living has gained planning for a 568 studio flats tower in Salford’s Greengate Regeneration Area.
Designed by Building Design Partnership, the 42-storey building will be Progressive Living’s biggest scheme to date.
The ground level of Enclave project on Gorton Street will provide active frontages to the public realm and to the riverside.
