Go-ahead for Newcastle’s largest build to rent project

Newcastle City Council has approved plans for a 289-unit build to rent scheme on Newcastle’s Quayside.
Developer Packaged Living aims to build the major new rental flats blocks on a 1.5-acre site alongside the river Tyne.
