Go-ahead for 800-home Croydon dual towers

Greystar has secured planning to build two towers providing over 800 build to rent homes in Croydon, South London.
The long-vacant One Lansdowne Road site will see 50 and 31-storey towers built using volumetric offsite construction.
Modular specialist Tide and Vision has been involved in the design work for the project drawn up by architect HTA Design.
