Go-ahead for £75m Hackney Wick London student scheme

Developer Southern Grove has secured permission to create a £75m mixed-use student accommodation scheme at Hackney Wick in London.
Located on the site of the famous former Broadwood piano factory on Fish Island, the project when completed will house 204 student beds in two six and seven-storey blocks.
