Go-ahead for 64 homes at former Glasgow Coliseum theatre

Robertson Group-owned regeneration specialist Urban Union has gained planning to transform the site of the former Glasgow Coliseum Theatre into 64 homes.
Part of the Laurieston Transformational Regeneration Area, the development is a joint venture between New Gorbals Housing Association and Urban Union.
The development comprises four residential blocks arranged around a central courtyard on the derelict site of the former theatre on Eglinton Street, near the O2 Academy.
