Go-ahead for £500m Hertfordshire town centre scheme

A joint venture between Bowmer & Kirkland’s property arm Peveril and retail developer Sovereign Centros has secured planning for a £500m town centre retail and leisure scheme in Hertfordshire.
Together the Brookfield Riverside and wider Garden Village development in Cheshunt will create a new town centre for the Borough.
Construction work is expected to start next year on the scheme which will include up to 315,000 sq ft of retail, 250,000 sq ft of leisure, restaurants and a cine
