Go-ahead for 37-storey Moda tower in Birmingham

Moda Living and Calthorpe Estates have gained planning to build more than 460 flats in a 37-storey block in Birmingham.
Bowmer + Kirkland is tipped to take the job, which will form the second phase of the 11-acre New Garden Square masterplan, which will feature over 2,000 homes and £6m of public realm.
A vacant office building, No. 1 Duchess Place, will be demolished to make way for the building, which is set to be the tallest in the Hagley Road neighbourhood in Edgbaston.The latest block
