Go-ahead for 316 bed Stratford student scheme

Student accommodation specialist Alumno and partners Hurlington Capital have gained approval for a major new development on Marshgate Lane in Stratford, east London.
Construction work is scheduled to start in late 2024 on the site next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with no contractor currently lined-up for the job.
The scheme will house 316 students next to Pudding Mill Lane DLR station and is designed by London architects Henley Halebrown.Alumno Managing Director David Campbell said:
