Go-ahead for £1bn Landsec North London homes scheme

Landsec has gained planning for a major new neighbourhood of 1,800 homes in North London after design refinements to introduce second stairscases to high rise residential blocks.
The redevelopment of the Finchley Road O2 Centre retail park will see £1bn invested in the area to create a major mixed-use urban neighbourhood at the 14 acre site.
