Go-ahead for £160m Cambridge mixed-use scheme

Cambridge City Council has granted planning for a £160m mixed-use workspace and private rental homes scheme near the city’s railway station.
Developer Socius and railway pension fund manager Railpen are bringing forward the scheme to be known as Devonshire Gardens.
