GMI Construction wins Lightning Park contract

Trebor Developments has awarded the contract to GMI Construction to build its Lightning Park scheme in Huntingdon.
GMI will start on site this Spring building two units of 126,689 sq ft and 32,200 sq ft.
Trebor also announced a deal with DHL UK on a long term lease for the larger unit while the smaller one will be built speculatively.Trebor secured detailed planning consent in December for the site which comprises 10 acres of commercial development land.
