German investor pledges £1bn for UK affordable homes

German investment firm PATRIZIA has confirmed plans to add £1bn to its new UK Essential Living Platform which will deliver up to 4,000 affordable homes.
The investor will work with mayors and local partners across the UK with a Regional Dialogue meeting set to take place next year to thrash out details.
