Genr8 Kajima JV wins £500m Sutton town centre revamp

London’s Sutton Council has picked Genr8 Kajima Regeneration as its preferred development partner to deliver a £500m town centre regeneration plan.
The council has earmarked four key town centre sites that are ripe for redevelopment in its ambitious Sutton Civic and Town Centre Regeneration plan.
