Funding deal for £125m Camden Roundhouse scheme

Developer Regal has secured £115m of funding to progress its distinctive purpose-built student accommodation scheme next to the Camden Roundhouse in North London.
Maslow Capital is supporting the plan to construct a 264-bed student accommodation project alongside 30 affordable homes and 9,000 sq ft of commercial space.
