Fresh line-up for £360m LHC refurb framework

Procurement specialist LHC has revealed its line-up of contractors for the next-generation refurbishment and retrofit works for the public sector.
The nationwide RM3 framework is worth £210m in England, £50m in Wales, and £100m in Scotland over the next four years.
This framework replaces the successful whole house framework and has been expanded from just housing to now include public buildings as the Government retrofit programme begins to gain traction.
