Former P&R Morson staff to launch legal claim

Staff affected by the collapse of Midlands M&E specialist P&R Morson & Co are seeking to take legal action over failure to consult during the redundancy process.
The £20m turnover business based in Halesowen firm collapsed last month, with debts estimated to be in excess of £4m.
