Former Mowlem duo sell Kent contractor to MBO

Former Mowlem veterans Mike Darling and Ian Posnett have handed over control of their Kent contracting business WW Martin to a management buyout.
The deal transfers full ownership of the 148-year-old business and its subsidiaries to an internal management team made up of current directors, senior managers, and existing shareholders.The new board is made up of David Barker, Neil Benwell, Trevor Codd, Ben Green, and Doug Mumford.
