Fit-out firm AC1 lands first job as main contractor

AC1 Construction has landed its first main contractor job in Birmingham following the launch of its new Major Projects Division.
The deal will see AC1 build a 202-bed £19m student accommodation scheme in Liverpool for Blacklight Capital Partners.
The family-owned firm has been in business since 2010 starting-out as a a dry lining subcontractor and labour agency in London.Sustained growth has seen AC1 evolve into a £23m turnover fit-out contractor now operating a Major Projects Divisi
