Firms readied for £1.5bn Great Places housing framework

Northern housing association Great Places Housing Group has put firms on alert for the renewal of its Innovation Chain North framework of contractors.
Around 3o firms face a fight to retain places on the new generation framework which counts on the likes of Caddick, Esh, Lovell Partnerships, United Living and Vistry Partnerships to deliver major project lots under the current agreement, which is due to finish in June 2024.
