Firms readied for £1.3bn highways surfacing framework

National Highways is planning a second industry day before inviting bids for its next-generation Pavement Delivery Framework.The new £1.3bn framework will replace the previous surfacing and pavement arrangement, presently dominated by Tarmac Trading and Aggregate Industries for projects valued over £1m.
