Firms on alert for £1bn refit and refurb framework

National framework provider Pagabo has put firms on alert for the renewal of its £1bn Refit and Refurbishment framework.
The second generation of the framework will run for four years from April 2023 allowing public sector clients to procure refurbishment works valued at £50,000 and above.
Around 20 firms secured places on the first framework with Osborne, ISG, Graham, Overbury, Vinci, Wates and Willmott Dixon taking the £30m plus lot.Framework’s five value-based lots
