Eric Wright wins £30m Lancaster Canal Quarter job

Lancaster City Council has picked Eric Wright Construction to deliver nearly 140 affordable homes at the Coopers Fields in Lancaster’s Canal Quarter.
Coopers Field is an early phase of Lancaster’s Canal Quarter regeneration. The 0.9 hectare city centre development site consists of Upper and lower St. Leonardgate surface car parks.
