Equans bags Birmingham 300 council homes retrofit pilot

Birmingham City Council has picked contractor Equan to deliver 300 homes energy-saving retrofit to test the way for ambitious plans to decarbonise the council’s 60,000 properties in the region.
The 300 properties are in East Birmingham and will be used to pilot approaches to improve thermal efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and provide energy savings for tenants.
