Dragonfly lands Manchester Pall Mall Court office refit

Developer Bruntwood Works has picked Dragonfly Contracts to revamp the Grade II listed late 1960s-built Pall Mall Court in the heart of Manchester city centre.
Designed by architect Sheppard Robson, the King Street project involves creating 85,000 sq ft of office and hospitality space across three interlinked blocks.
