Dozen firms win £1.3bn highways pavement framework

National Highways has named the 12 firms it will use to deliver £1.3bn-worth of contracts to maintain road surfaces on motorways and major A-roads in England.
The framework is split into nine lots, with four of the suppliers chosen classified as SMEs. These firms will account for £100m (over 8%) of the total anticipated spend.National Highways Pavement Delivery Framework
