Domis gets go-ahead for 26-storey Salford flats plan

Salford planners have given the green light for a 26-storey flats scheme, known as Obsidian, being developed by Salboy and its construction arm Domis.
The £50m-plus building project will deliver 250 flats and around 1,000 sq ft of commercial space at the Trinity Way and Willam Street site.
Designed by architect Studio Power the scheme also includes a resident’s gym, cinema room, private meeting space, and a co-working area.
The Obsidian building will comprise 31 studios, 93 one-bed
