Developer swoops for 1,000-flats landmark Leeds site

Manchester-based property developer Cole Waterhouse and US-based Tonia Investments bought the 1,000-home ‘Cole Waterhouse’ development site from local property developer Rushbond Group.
The 3.8-acre brownfield site on the East Side of Leeds’ city centre already has planning for the flats across five separate blocks.
The new site owners are working in partnership for the first time and planning to submit revised planning for the triangular site, which sits opposite Leeds’
