Demolition deal awarded on Chancery Lane refurb

General Demolition Ltd has been appointed as demolition and enabling works contractor for the initial phase of the redevelopment of 5 Chancery Lane in central London.
Development Manager LS Estates is overseeing the £200m project for client LKTMJ Limited.
