Decision delayed on 52-storey Isle of Dogs tower

Planners in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets have called for more time to consider planning for a residential skyscraper on the Isle of Dogs in London Docklands.
Hong Kong private equity firm Gaw Capital and development manager City & Docklands plan to build a 52-storey tower with around 460-flats on the site of low-level office buildings at 4-5 Harbour Exchange Square.
