Dazzling sun causes rail repair machines to collide

A report into a collision between two road-rail vehicles in Essex has revealed the crash was caused by the driver being dazzled by bright sunlight.
The Rail Accident Investigation Branch also found that lessons from a similar earlier accident were not learnt.
